KNOXVILLE, Iowa (September 16, 2024) – Cory Eliason and Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR) may have had a lackluster weekend at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania – highlighting the two-day Commonwealth Clash with a 19th-place finish during preliminary competition on Friday, September 13 – but things are about to reset in a hurry, turning their attention back to the World’s Greatest Dirt Track for the two-day 4-Crown Nationals on Friday and Saturday, September 20-21.
Eliason, ace of Brian and Lisa Ridge’s Commercial Edge, NDT New Direction Transport LLC, Ridge Development, North Ridge Development, Elliott’s Custom Trailers & Carts, No. 8 sprint car, is certainly no stranger to the highbanks of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, scoring a recent top-ten during High Limit’s Double Down Duels program on Wednesday, July 17. In addition, the Visalia, California, native rallied from 23rd to 13th in the Joker’s Jackpot on July 18.
“I’m ready to get back to Eldora Speedway,” Eliason noted. “Didn’t have the weekend we wanted at Lernerville, especially coming off of a top-five in the Silver Cup earlier this year. Regardless, we’ll shake this off and move on. A win at Eldora would certainly change our outlook heading into the last part of the year.”
