Zearfoss 11th in DIRTcar Nationals WoO finale; Lincoln’s Icebreaker on deck

JONESTOWN, Pa. (February 10, 2025) – Despite a tough start to his four-day weekend at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida, finishing no better than 22nd to kick-off DIRTcar Nationals competition, the “Jonestown Jet” Brock Zearfoss ended with a complete turnaround, concluding the 2025 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series season opener with an 11th-place score on Saturday, February 8. 

Zearfoss, a former full-timer with the Greatest Show On Dirt and two-time winner with the Series, started ninth on the weekend finale grid, maintaining his position within mid-pack to secure his place just outside the top ten. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native utilized a third-place finish during heat race action to secure his spot in the $12,000-to-win main event.

Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, EnTrust IT Solutions, Berkebile Oil Company, No. 3Z sprint car, stated. “We wanted things to kick off a little bit better than what they did, but to conclude our DIRTcar Nationals stretch on a high note helps our momentum heading back to Pennsylvania. We’ll get our shot at redemption at Volusia early next month when we return.”

Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will return to Volusia Speedway Park in early March, rejoining the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for Bike Week action. Until then, Zearfoss’ focus will be on Lincoln Speedway’s two-day Icebreaker February 22-23.
