A GREAT BEGINNING: Aaron Reutzel and RSR commence 2025 with great results in the Sunshine State

KNOXVILLE, Iowa (March 4, 2025) – A last minute decision to head south proved beneficial for “A-Aron” Aaron Reutzel and Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR), not only commencing their 2025 campaign with a pair of top-ten outcomes, but doing so against the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, joining the Greatest Show On Dirt for the Bike Week Jamboree at Volusia Speedway Park on March 2-3.
Reutzel’s outcomes – occurring in a perfect two-day test session before High Limit Racing action kicks-off in Las Vegas on March 13 and 15- were highlighted with a runner-up result in the Bike Week Jamboree opener on Sunday, March 2, padded by the second-fastest qualifying time and a runner-up result during heat race competition.
“It’s really satisfying,” Reutzel, ace of the RSR, Folkens Brothers Trucking, Don Long & STC, B And L Holdings, American Table, Commercial Edge, Rasmusson Service Center, The P.O. Box, No. 87 sprint car, said. “We’ve put a lot of hours in at the shop, and not just race car-wise. We’ve been getting that truck and trailer ready and getting our team organized, just getting prepared to go up and down the road.”
Nearly concluding the weekend with back-to-back top-fives, Reutzel’s Bike Week Jamboree effort concluded with a sixth-place result on Monday, March 3, climbing four spots from the outside of row five. The team’s preliminary effort commenced by recording the second-fastest qualifying time yet again, followed by a third-place finish in their respective heat.
Aaron Reutzel and RSR will now turn their attention west, set to join High Limit Racing for their 2025 opener in Las Vegas, Nevada. The two-day spectacle will takeover Sin City headlines on Thursday and Saturday, March 13 and 15.
