Aaron Reutzel and RSR eye return to Lucas Oil Speedway with High Limit Racing

KNOXVILLE, Iowa (June 23, 2025) – It was a tough, extended weekend in South Dakota for Aaron Reutzel and Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR), and despite their Huset’s Hustle and High Bank Nationals appearance at Huset’s Speedway resulting in just one A-Main start (Thursday, June 19), the team is already focused and planning ahead, set to rejoin High Limit Racing in a three-day visit to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri, beginning Thursday, June 26.
Reutzel, ace of Brian and Lisa Ridge’s Power Plus, Folkens Brothers Trucking, Don Long & STC, B And L Holdings, American Table, Commercial Edge, Rasmusson Service Center, The P.O. Box, Bargain Barn, No. 87 sprint car, will roll into Lucas Oil Speedway’s Midweek Series and Diamond Classic events third in the current title chase, trailing championship leader Brad Sweet by 13 markers.
As noted, RSR will roll into Lucas Oil fresh off of Huset’s Speedway’s Huset’s Hustle and High Bank Nationals, highlighting the four-day program with a 23rd-place score in the $100,000-to-win Huset’s Hustle finale on Thursday, June 19.
“Not the weekend we were working toward, but it’s all about how we respond,” Brian Ridge explained. “The guys can beat the best in the world, but it just wasn’t our weekend. I’m confident we’ll bounce back and be right back in the hunt this weekend at Lucas Oil Speedway.”
ON DECK:
Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR) and Aaron Reutzel will continue their 2025 campaign with three nights of High Limit Racing competition at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri, on Thursday through Saturday, June 26-28. Thursday’s program is a Midweek Series event, followed by the track’s Diamond Classic on Friday and Saturday.

Finished fifth with Outlaws at I-55 Raceway Park in Pevely, Missouri, on Saturday, April 12. Finished fifth with World of Outlaws at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, April 19. Earned two podiums in one night at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, April 26; won 360 main event and finished second in 410 main event. Finished sixth at the Texas Motor Speedway dirt track on Saturday, May 3. Finished eighth at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas, on Friday, May 9. Finished third with High Limit at Ransomville Speedway in Ransomville, New York, on Friday, May 16. Won $100,000 Bob Weikert Memorial at Port Royal Speedway on Sunday, May 25. Finished second at Butler Motor Speedway in Quincy, Michigan, on Saturday, May 31. Finished fourth and tenth in Wisconsin High Limit starts at Red Cedar Speedway and 141 Speedway on Wednesday and Thursday, June 4-5. Finished sixth (410) and third (360) at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, June 7. Earned $10,000 POWRi victory at 34 Raceway on Thursday, June 12.
