TKS Motorsports concludes Knoxville Raceway season with top-ten; Upcoming plans TBD

MITCHELLVILLE, Iowa (August 25, 2025) – Another sprint car season at the famed Knoxville Raceway has officially come and gone, and for Mitchellville, Iowa’s TKS Motorsports, it’s another chapter complete, concluding Knoxville’s 2025 season with an eighth-place score on Saturday, August 23. “Fast Jack” Anderson, TKS Motorsports’ pilot while Ian Madsen continues his recovery from injury, started 13th on Saturday’s grid, winning his respective heat race before commencing his five-spot charge in the evening’s 20-lap main.
TKS Motorsports is still unsure of upcoming plans. News pertaining to Labor Day weekend will become available soon.
“Very proud of Jack [Anderson] and what he’s been able to do for our team, and on relatively short notice,” Troy Renfro, owner of TKS Motorsports, stated. “It’s been an interesting year for our race team. We’ve been forced to act quickly in a lot of different scenarios, but it’s paid off. Not sure of the plan for this weekend just yet. We have to weigh some things out and go from there. We’ll announce something soon, I’m sure.”
