Doney-Lawson Racing with big numbers in Lee County and Callaway starts; All eyes on Lucas Oil Speedway

ODESSA, Mo. (September 15, 2025) – Xavier Doney, Natalie Doney, Doney-Lawson Racing, and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars put up big numbers in their weekend sweep through Iowa and Missouri, concluding competition at Lee County Speedway in Donnellson, Iowa, and Callaway Raceway in Fulton, Missouri, with a combined two top-tens, highlighting all competition with Xavier’s runner-up performance at Callaway on Saturday, September 13. The Odessa, Missouri, native lined up fourth on the Callaway grid, powering his way through preliminary competition with the second-fastest qualifying time, followed by a third-place finish during his respective heat race.
Padding his overall stat card, Xavier launched his weekend with a sixth-place effort at Lee County on Friday, September 12, lining up fifth on the A-Main grid after finishing second in his respective heat race. With all results considered, Xavier remains third in the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League standings, trailing Missouri’s own Ayrton Gennetten by 340 markers.
Natalie Doney, Xavier’s youngster sister and Doney-Lawon Racing teammate, also had a productive stretch through the Midwest, highlighting her weekend efforts at Lee County and Callaway with a 14th-place score at the former. The young lady out of Odessa, who is chasing Rookie of the Year honors with POWRi, is currently tenth in the standings with one top-ten to her credit; 2025 marks her first, full season with a 410ci under the hood.
Doney-Lawson Racing and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars will now look ahead, setting aim on high stakes at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri, on Thursday through Saturday, September 18-20. Featuring the 15th Annual Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial, Xavier Doney will participate in two divisions over the course of the weekend, joining the POWRi 410 League, as well as the POWRi WAR non-wing sprints. Natalie Doney will also be in action, setting her focus on the winged portion, only.
