Double-D finds podium in Lincoln’s Final 50; BAPS start on deck

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (October 20, 2025) – “Double-D” Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing closed out Lincoln Speedway’s 2025 season with another stat-worthy outcome, this time finishing third in the 50-lap, $15,000-to-win “Final 50” on Saturday, October 18. The Gettysburg native started eighth on the A-Main grid, winning his respective heat race to launch the evening program.
For Dietrich, the outcome was not only stat-worthy, but stat-padding, as the podium propelled his season’s top-ten tally to 62, 46 of which occurring within the top-five. Impressive enough, Dietrich’s 2025 win tally stands at 12, securing an even dozen in BAPS Motor Speedway’s Kevin Gobrecht Classic on Saturday, September 20.
“A solid effort at Lincoln. 50 laps around that place is demanding, but we made the most of it,” Dietrich, ace of Gary Kauffman’s Weikert’s Livestock, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Speedway Volkswagen & Subaru, Self Made Racing, York Excavating, Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts, RV 4 Wheel Drive & Performance, No. 48 sprint car, said. “Back at it this Saturday at BAPS. We’ll see what we can do.”
