Alan Krimes Cruises to Second Victory of 2015 Season
Back to Work on July 11th at Lincoln Speedway

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Denver, PA (July 11th, 2015) – ‘Super’ Alan Krimes earned his second ‘410’ sprint car victory of the 2015 season on Friday evening, July 10th; crushing the field at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania by roughly eight seconds. Krimes, driver of the Krimes Racing Engines, Wayne Corini, VRP Shocks, ‘87,’ cruised to his first Williams Grove Speedway win of the year from an inside third row starting position. The Denver, Pennsylvania native earned the non-stop feature win over Lance Dewease, Steve Buckwalter, Tim Glatfelter, and Lucas Wolfe.

“We were really good” said Krimes, “We were able to run right around the top mostly and really make speed. I could make the car do whatever I wanted. Just really comfortable to drive. Feels great to get another one. Things have been tough on us in some respect so this really helps bring all of our spirits up.”

Alan Krimes will work for season win number three later tonight, Saturday, July 11th, at the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. ‘National Fallen Firefighters Night’ is on tap in the Pigeon Hills; honoring the late Brandon Little. Krimes will battle for $5,000 during the Saturday night program, as well as continue his pursuit towards a second-consecutive Lincoln Speedway ‘410’ track championship. The ‘87’ team will enter the evening second in the current Lincoln Speedway standings; on the strength of one victory, five top-five and 11 top-ten finishes.

Looking ahead on the 2015 schedule is another pair of events in the ‘Keystone State’ for ‘Super’ Alan Krimes. Williams Grove Speedway will host a ‘World of Outlaws Tune Up’ on Friday night, July 17th. The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series format will help local teams prepare for the upcoming ‘Outlaw’ invasion on Friday and Saturday, July 24th & 25th.

On Saturday, July 18th, Alan Krimes will return to the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania for the “Daryl Gohn/Glenn Gohn, Sr. Memorial.’

“This is a perfect time to gain some momentum” said Alan Krimes, “The World of Outlaws will be back here pretty soon. Hopefully we can keep things going like tonight and try to beat the ‘Outlaws’ when they get here for the ‘Summer Nationals.’”
