Alan Krimes Will Join All Stars on Friday and Saturday in Central PA
Krimes Finishes Seventh During ‘Dirt Classic Qualifier’

Denver, PA (June 10th, 2015) – The ‘New’ All Star Circuit of Champions will revisit ‘Posse Country’ this Friday and Saturday, June 12th & 13th; hosting a pair of events at two of Pennsylvania’s more notorious dirt ovals. ‘Super’ Alan Krimes, a former All Star main event winner in the ‘Keystone State,’ will join ‘America’s Series’ on Friday and Saturday with the intent to defend home territory and reclaim his position in All Star Circuit of Champions victory lane. The series will ignite their second central Pennsylvania swing of 2015 with competition at the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday, June 12th.
“We’re ready to get the weekend started” said Alan Krimes, “We are always ready to race with the All Stars…they have a solid group of guys that follow the tour this year…brings a little extra excitement into the area…we’ve been successful with this series in the past so our plan is to keep that going this weekend. ”
After an appearance at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday evening, Alan Krimes will follow the All Star Circuit of Champions south to the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 13th. The Lincoln Speedway visit will be the first of 2015 for the traveling All Star sprints. Alan Krimes, a recent Lincoln Speedway feature winner and defending track champion, is a former All Star main event winner in the Pigeon Hills; conquering feature action against the invaders in 2013 while earning $5,000 in the process. The Denver, Pennsylvania native is a weekly competitor at Lincoln Speedway with one victory, four top-five and ten top-ten finishes to his credit thus far in 2015.
“We’ve been pretty good at Lincoln…tough some nights but a pretty good season so far” said Alan Krimes, “The All Star format seems to work pretty well…hopefully we draw a good heat race and time well…we want to put ourselves in a good position starting with qualifying…that will set the pace for the entire night.”
Alan Krimes will enter the All Star weekend with a recent top-ten finish in central Pennsylvania. The driver of the familiar Wayne Corini, Krimes Racing Engines, VRP Shocks, ‘87’ sprint car finished seventh during the $7,000-to-win ‘Dirt Classic Qualifier’ at the Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, June 6th.
