By Fully Injected Motorsports:
Jonestown, PA (April 19th, 2015) – After taking a weekend off to regroup, Brock Zearfoss will return to ‘410’ sprint car competition this Friday and Saturday, April 24th & 25th in the heart of central Pennsylvania. Zearfoss will join the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions for back-to-back events in ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ country; including the annual ‘Bob Weikert Memorial’ at the Port Royal Speedway. ‘The Jonestown Jet’ looks forward to returning to action after a recent ‘rough patch’ resulting from back-to-back incidents at Port Royal Speedway.
“We are ready to get back at it…took a weekend off to regroup and clear our heads” said Brock Zearfoss, “We had some bad luck at Port Royal…got upside-down two weekends ago and that really took a toll on us…we have a big weekend ahead with the All Stars so hopefully we can get things turned around…this Moose’s LZ, Central Builders Supply, Leach’s Automotive team works hard…our goal is to earn some solid finishes this weekend and build some momentum.”
Brock Zearfoss will kick things off with the ‘New’ All Star Circuit of Champions on Friday evening, April 24th at the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. ‘America’s Series’ will bring along a star-studded roster of ‘410’ sprint car teams, all battling for a $5,000 top prize after 30 laps of racing on Friday evening. Zearfoss has been a regular competitor at the Mechanicsburg half-mile in 2015, and looks forward to joining the ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ in defending ‘home dirt.’
Zearfoss will continue his upcoming weekend with the All Stars on Saturday evening, April 25th at the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania. The annual ‘Bob Weikert Memorial’ will headline the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile on Saturday evening; featuring a 40-lap main event awarding $15,000 to the winner. Brock Zearfoss will hunt for his first top-five finish of the current season this weekend during the All Star invasion.
“We are due for some solid finishes” said Brock Zearfoss, “We are more than capable of doing it this weekend, we just need to be on our game…I just want to thank everyone involved with this race team…their help and dedication allows us to be at the track each and every weekend.”
