Andrews fourth in Attica start; Two-day All Star invasion ahead

SANDUSKY, Ohio (August 25, 2025) – Chris Andrews and Chris Andrews Racing made the most of their weekend visit to Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, and although the Sandusky native was just short of attaining victory, he did the next best thing and concluded competition with a top-five outcome, capping the evening fourth after starting second on the grid. In fact, Andrews, a recent winner at the Attica bullring and a former track champion, led a small portion of Friday’s contest, taking command early before surrendering the lead on lap 11. The victory would have been Andrews’ second of the season – his first occurring in late March.
Andrews, ace of his own Ohio Truck Sales, Real American Beer, Fleet Financial, Cintas, Whiteford Kenworth, Toledo Spring, NAPA Fremont Auto Parts, Burdue Insurance, TruckParts4U.com, No. 15C sprint car, will work for Attica redemption over Labor Day weekend, joining the All Star Circuit of Champions for an Attica Ambush doubleheader on Friday and Saturday, August 29-30.
“We felt good at Attica…we’ll work to do that again this weekend,” Andrews was quick to note. “We’ve been digging hard for another win since getting our first early in the year. It’s tough. There is a lot of talent racing in our area every weekend, so you can’t make mistakes. We’ll work to get an All Star win this weekend.”

Chris Andrews and Chris Andrews Racing will continue their 2025 campaign with back-to-back nights of All Star Circuit of Champions | Attica Ambush competition at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, on Friday and Saturday, August 29-30. The weekend will award $5,000 on Friday and $7,500 on Saturday.
