The ‘ASCS/Outlaw Showdown’ is sanctioned by the Lucas Oil ASCS National Series; and will take place this Friday and Saturday night, November 11th and 12th. Steve Kinser is the defending winner of the event over former Lucas Oil ASCS National Champion, Jason Johnson.

Shane Stewart is currently on top of the ASCS national standings entering this weekend. He has a comfortable lead over New Mexico native, Johnny Herrera, and former World of Outlaws competitor, Jeff Swindell.

Steve Kinser and Sammy Swindell each just recently wrapped up their 2011 “outlaw” seasons with the World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Steve Kinser finished 2nd in the live televised finale;  with a hard charging Sammy Swindell finishing 6th after starting 21st.
