HANOVER, Pa. (March 22, 2024) – It’s been an unexpected waiting game for JJ Loss and JKL Racing, but the wait is finally over, as “The Boss” plans to make his 2024 debut this Saturday and Sunday, March 23-24, at Lincoln Speedway and BAPS Motor Speedway. Technically, Loss’ Lincoln appearance is still “TBD,” but if all goes according to plan, the youngster out of Hanover will be behind the wheel for much of the weekend.
“Hats off to DMY Performance. We know what they were up against in locating parts to finish our motor, but we’re excited to finally be back in action,” Loss, ace of the Next Level Signs & Graphics, Your Hometown Agents – Colby Jacobs & Neil Reichart Team, Diversified Cuts, Wolf’s Plumbing LLC, No. 67 sprint car, said. “It may take some time to shake the rust off, but we’re ready.”
Although Lincoln Speedway’s season has already commenced, BAPS Motor Speedway in York Haven, Pennsylvania, has yet to host a 410 sprint car event, which gives Loss the opportunity to hop right into the points battle.
“Running for points at BAPS was something we discussed, but I think that’s going to be a big focus of ours this season,” Loss added. “It’s right down the road and it’s a track that really fits our team and driving style. We’re going to take it all one weekend at a time and work to be competitive every time we are on the track.”
