Back To Work at Attica and Fremont for T.J. Michael
Texan Finished Third at Fremont Speedway on April 18th.
Fremont, Ohio (April 22nd, 2015) – The 2015 season will continue for Texas native T.J. Michael this Friday and Saturday, April 24th & 25th at Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway. Michael, who has been splitting his time between ‘410’ and ‘305’ sprint car competition, will focus solely on ‘305’ action this Friday and Saturday while his team rebuilds a ‘410’ sprinter for upcoming events. The Plano, Texas native was involved in a red flag incident during the Fremont/Attica Sprint Title (F.A.S.T.) ‘410’ main event last Saturday evening at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, resulting in a heavily damaged race car, forcing the team to basically ‘start from scratch.’
“We are going to build a new car for our ‘410’ program” said T.J. Michael, “It was pretty much damaged beyond repair at Fremont, so we’ll get another car put together as soon as we can…we’ve been good in our ‘305’…we’ll work for another win this weekend…I can’t thank this team enough for the work that they do…Scott and Dennis; they bust their butts and I greatly appreciate it. ”
T.J. Michael’s weekend will kick-off on Friday evening, April 24th at the Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, followed by a visit to the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio on Saturday, April 25th. Michael, who pilots the Tim Michael owned, Fremont Fence, B&L, Kear’s Speed Shop, no. 18 ‘305’ sprinter, is a recent winner at Attica Raceway Park; earning a victory on Saturday, April 4th during the HD Supply Spring Nationals. His most recent start in a ‘305’ resulted in a third place performance at the Fremont Speedway during F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series action on Saturday, April 18th.
