GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. (June 5, 2024) – To no surprise to anyone in the open wheel world, “Blackjack” Brian Brown and Brian Brown Racing put together another sound performance at the Sprint Car Capital of the World, not only padding their stat book with back-to-back top-tens across a pair of divisions, but earning a top-five in the process, doing so in the Corn Belt Clash 410 sprint car finale on Saturday, June 1.

Brown, ace of his own Casey’s, FVP, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Impact Signs Awnings and Wraps, Mt. Dew Overdrive, Ditzfeld Transfer, No. 21 sprint car and proud owner of ten top-tens in 2024, finished fifth in his top-five appearance, improving one position after starting from the outside of row three. In addition, Brown set the fastest qualifying time of the night, racing on to finish third from sixth in his respective heat race.

Brown’s 410 main event outcome concluded three spots better than one night prior, launching the weekend officially with an eighth-place score in Friday’s 360 sprint car portion of the Corn Belt Clash.

“A solid weekend for our Casey’s/FVP team at Knoxville Raceway,” Brown noted. “Still working on ways to improve. We need to get our car to be able to pass no matter the track conditions. That’s on us and we’ll do whatever we need to do to improve. Right now, our focus is on I-70 and the Rayce Rudeen Foundation Race. It’s a great cause. Always excited for the opportunity to compete for big money, and so close to home.”

ON DECK:
Brian Brown and Brian Brown Racing will continue their 2024 campaign with a big money weekend in the Midwest, all of which highlighted with the two-day Rayce Rudeen Foundation Race at I-70 Speedway in Odessa, Missouri, on Friday and Saturday, June 7-8. The RRFR finale will award a $26,000 payday.
