Brent Marks Announces Mega Race Schedule for 2016;
Over 100 Dates on 2016 Campaign

Myerstown, PA (February 17, 2016) – Since announcing his plans to kick-off the 2016 season with World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Cars competition in the state of Texas, Brent Marks has been hard at work gathering a complete schedule. The “Myerstown Missile” put together a campaign comprised of 103 events in 2016, including 35 potential starts with the “Greatest Show on Dirt.” Marks will travel far and wide to compete with the world’s greatest sprint car drivers, entering such events as the Texas Outlaw Nationals at Devil’s Bowl Speedway, #LetsRaceTwo Doubleheader at Eldora Speedway, the Ironman 55 at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55, the 56th annual Knoxville Nationals at Knoxville Raceway and the Bad Boy Buggies World Finals in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Like previously announced, the pilot of the Brent Marks Racing, M&M Painting & Construction, BAPS Auto Paint & Supply, Creekside Auto Sales, Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel, Russell Heller Builders, KC Automotive, No. 19M, will start it all in the heart of Texas with visits to Cotton Bowl Speedway and Royal Purple Raceway on February 26-27.
“It took us a while to put it all together, but we finally have a schedule” Brent Marks explained, “We wanted to travel as much as we could, while also putting all of our emphasis toward time trial formats. I couldn’t be more excited. We have a lot of great partners that make a schedule like this possible. I can’t wait to travel south next week.”
Along with 35 scheduled starts with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Cars, Brent Marks will join the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions 14 times in 2016, including the first night of series points competition at Atomic Speedway in Chillicothe, Ohio, on Saturday, April 2. Marks will not only help the Arctic Cat All Stars launch their point season, but he will also help end it; rejoining “America’s Series” back at Atomic Speedway for the $20,000-to-win, championship finale on October 21-22.
When not on the road racing with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Cars and Arctic Cat All Stars, Brent Marks will be racing close to home; entering action with the notorious “Pennsylvania Posse.” The Myerstown, Pennsylvania, native will enter most of Central Pennsylvania’s headline programs, including the annual Bob Weikert Memorial, Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek, Rahmer Promotions programs, Jim Nace Memorial and the Dirt Classic at Lincoln Speedway.
“We have a lot to prepare for this year, but we are ready for the challenge” Brent Marks said, “It will take a lot of hard work and dedication, but we’ll take things one day at a time and make sure we are prepared right out of the gate. Brent Marks will enter the 2016 season with three recent victories, all occurring at the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania. Victories on the recent win list include the Labor Day Classic, Night Before the 50 and the Tuscarora 50.
