Brock Zearfoss Will Pilot Second Warko #94 at Bad Boy Buggies World Finals
“Jonestown Jet” Disappointed with Results During Port Royal Outlaw Invasion

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Jonestown, PA (October 26, 2015) – For a second consecutive year, the “Jonestown Jet” Brock Zearfoss will make the journey south to the Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway near Concord, North Carolina, and join the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for their season ending Bad Boy Buggies World of Outlaws World Finals. The three-day showcase will feature two complete World of Outlaws programs on Friday and Saturday, November 6-7, beginning with two rounds of qualifying time trials on Thursday evening, November 5. Zearfoss qualified for the Saturday night portion of the three-day program in 2014, credited with a 26th place finish during the main event. There were 56 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series sprint cars entered for competition during the 2014 World of Outlaws World Finals.

With final preparations and necessary steps all falling into place, Brock Zearfoss is pleased to announce that he will join the Rob Warko Racing, Warko Group, East Coast Helicopter Tours, S&S Speedways, #94 stable for the entire World Finals weekend, driving a second team car alongside Kunkletown, Pennsylvania, native Ryan Smith. The central Pennsylvania duo hope to create a double threat in North Carolina next month, ultimately upsetting the nation’s best on one of the biggest stages in short track racing.

“I was in a position that was going to make it almost impossible for me to get to Charlotte this year” Brock Zearfoss said, “Ryan Smith approached me about running a second car and that opened the door for me again. Ryan (Smith) and I raced 600cc micro sprints together before we moved into sprint cars. We would help each other out and do a lot of traveling together. To have an opportunity to relive that is pretty special.”

“This team has shown success all season on the road with the All Star Circuit of Champions” Zearfoss explained, “Ryan (Smith) is a talented driver who has shown he can race with anyone in the country. I am very excited to be a part of that combination. Hopefully we each can show success during the World Finals and get both of these Warko cars in the show on Friday and Saturday.”

“I can’t thank Ryan, Rob, Todd and the entire Warko team enough for this opportunity” said Zearfoss, “Tyler Sigel of East Coast Helicopter Tours is playing a huge part in making this two-car team at the World Finals a reality. Ryan (Smith) and I will do our best to represent his company proudly on and off the race track.”

During recent open wheel competition, Brock Zearfoss joined the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday afternoon, October 24. Unfortunately, results were short of expectation for the “Jonestown Jet,” failing to qualify for the $10,000-to-win main event. A disappointing qualifying effort would set the foundation for hardship, ultimately resulting in an eighth place performance during heat race competition. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native would end his evening against the “Greatest Show on Dirt” with a 10th place performance during the 12-lap Last Chance Showdown.

“Just a tough night for us” said Zearfoss, “It was disappointing for us because we know what we are capable of. We’ve been fast here during a lot of big races, but that just wasn’t the case on Saturday. We timed way outside of where we needed to be and that pretty much killed our night. Regardless, we’ll move ahead and get ready for the World Finals.”
