Business As Usual This Weekend for Brock Zearfoss
‘The Grove’ and Port Royal On the Friday/Saturday Agenda

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Jonestown, PA (May 6th, 2015) – The 2015 season will resume for Brock Zearfoss this Friday and Saturday with another round of visits to the Williams Grove Speedway and Port Royal Speedway. Zearfoss, driver of the familiar Moose’s LZ Bar and Grill, Central Builders Supply, Leach’s Automotive Service, no. 3Z ‘410’ sprint car, has been a regular competitor at both central Pennsylvania half-mile ovals this season. Despite track championships being potentially out of reach, the ‘Jonestown Jet’ still remains focused to reach victory lane.

“It has been a pretty up and down year so far” said Zearfoss, “Our goal at the beginning of the season was to be at The Grove and Port Royal every weekend and hopefully stay consistent enough to stay close to the top of the points…getting tore up a few weeks really hurt us…we were good there when the All Stars were in town then we got tore up again last weekend…our goal now is to get some consistency back and work towards that first win.”

Brock Zearfoss, who finished 10th last Friday night at ‘The Grove,’ will visit the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania this Friday evening, May 8th for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series ‘Tune Up.’ The tune up program will give local drivers and teams like Brock Zearfoss Racing one last opportunity to finalize their racing ‘game plan’ to better prepare themselves for the Outlaw invasion. The tune up will feature a full World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series style format including qualifying time trials. ‘The Greatest Show on Dirt’ will be invading the Mechanicsburg half-mile next Friday and Saturday, May 15th & 16th.

On Saturday, May 9th, Brock Zearfoss will return to the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania for a regular program. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania native has been the victim of bad luck on multiple occasions in 2015 at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile, and looks forward to ‘starting fresh’ this Saturday night.

“We plan to race with the Outlaws at Williams Grove next weekend” explained Zearfoss, “That should be a lot of fun…we’ll try to get the season rolling again this weekend…use Friday and Saturday as a new starting point for the year…hopefully we can rebound a little bit and work back towards the front…it would be nice to go into an ‘outlaw’ weekend with some good recent finishes behind us.”
