Pittsburgh, PA (May 29th, 2014) – After spending a long Memorial Day weekend on the road for four straight days, racing in three different states, at three different venues, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania’s Danny Holtgraver will return to his ‘office’ for three more marquee events during the upcoming weekend. Holtgraver, who recently earned his third (3rd) ‘410’ sprint car victory of the 2014 season on Friday night, May 23rd at the Lernerville Speedway, will travel for another short stint of three consecutive days this weekend; beginning Friday evening, May 30th when he visits the Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio. The upcoming weekend will include three ‘410’ sprint car events at three different short tracks in two different states; featuring World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series and UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions competition. Each event will host nationally recognized competition and boast healthy prize money. All three payouts will equal no less than $5,000-to-win.

“This weekend is another really busy one for us..but we are up for it” said Danny Holtgraver, “We have an opportunity to really turn some heads this weekend…the three tracks that we visit are ones that im pretty familiar with…I’ve also had some success at each one, as well…hopefully we can use our notes to our advantage and get this Hunter Racing 10H up front…I want to thank everyone on the team; my dad, Pup, Earl, Rob, Barman, everyone…without their help and effort, none of this would be possible…hopefully we can make some noise this weekend and add a few more to our win column.”

Danny Holtgraver’s upcoming weekend will begin on Friday evening, May 30th at the Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio. Holtgraver, who pilots the Hunter Racing, Berlin Natural Bakery, Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks, Bonnell’s Rod Shop, Alternative Power Sources, WestView Motors, DKW Transport, no. 10H ‘410’ sprint car, will go head-to-head with the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series on Friday night at the Attica bullring. The ‘Kistler Engines Classic’ will be headlined with a 40-lap main event, paying $10,000 to the winner. Danny Holtgraver is a former winner at the Attica Raceway Park, and will look to secure a career-first WoO STP Series victory this Friday night. Daryn Pittman, the current WoO STP Series point leader, will lead the ‘Outlaws’ invasion into northwest Ohio.

On Saturday evening, May 31st, Danny Holtgraver and Hunter Racing will visit the NAPA Auto Parts Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio for another round of UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions competition worth $5,000. Holtgraver is a full-time traveler with the UNOH All Stars in 2014, and currently finds himself third (3rd) in the UNOH All Star ‘National’ standings, and sixth (6th) in the UNOH All Star ‘Ohio Region’ standings. This Saturday’s visit to NAPA Wayne County Speedway will count towards the ‘National and ‘Ohio Region’ rankings. Dale Blaney is the current point leader in both departments. Holtgraver is a former UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions main event winner at WCS, and will work to repeat that feat on Saturday. The May 31st program is the only UNOH All Star event during the upcoming weekend.

Danny Holtgraver will end his upcoming three race weekend with a visit to the Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex in Markleysburg, Pennsylvania on Sunday night, June 1st. This will be Hunter Racing’s second visit to the Fayette County oval in 2014; with Holtgraver’s first visit resulting in a fourth (4th) place finish during feature action on Sunday, May 18th. This Sunday’s program will be a “Dirt Classic” qualifier worth $5,000. The winner will have a guaranteed starting position in Kasey Kahne’s $20,000-to-win “Dirt Classic” at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Saturday, September 27th.

During recent sprint car competition, Danny Holtgraver and Rob Hunter would earn their third victory together; this time at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday, May 23rd. Holtgraver and Hunter Racing also made appearances at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio; and at the Lawrenceburg Speedway near Lawrenceburg, Indiana during the recent weekend. Unfortunately, Danny Holtgraver would run into some issues at both venues; with his best finish during the remaining part of the weekend equaling a thirteenth (13th) place effort on Sunday, May 25th at Fremont during the $10,000-to-win UNOH All Star visit.

“Last weekend started off great, but kinda ended rough” explained Holtgraver, “We got caught up in some stuff and ended up on the hook one night at Fremont, and again at Lawrenceburg…its racing, though…that stuff happens…this team rebounds quickly and our attitude never changes…we are more than ready to get back to work this weekend…I just want to thank Rob Hunter one more time for the great opportunity to drive his race car this season…its been a great relationship so far…I look forward to continuing that.”
