NEW CASTLE, IN (June 1, 2017) – One of the top stories in 2017 has been the emergence of Caleb Armstrong, who currently sits 2nd in Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champion points – within striking distance of 5-time and defending champion Chad Kemenah.

Armstrong, 24, is one of the most versatile young drivers in the country and proved his adaptability by starting on the pole of the Little 500 for the second consecutive year and finishing sixth in the prestigious event this past weekend. “We led some laps, but we were loose all race. I felt like I was hanging on for 500 laps,” Armstrong explained after the marathon race. Armstrong led the first 101 laps.

“The Little 500 is one of my favorite races to run. It would be awesome to win it because I live 30 minutes from the track. But we just didn’t have the car to do it this year. We are eager to get back next year,” Armstrong said.

But for now, Armstrong’s focus shifts back to the dirt world as the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions head back to Western Pennsylvania to compete at Lernerville and Mercer. “I’ve only had the chance to race at these places once each, but I’m excited to return to Western Pennsylvania and Lernerville, especially,” Armstrong said in anticipation of this weekend.

Armstrong runs a family owned team and is eager to welcome new partnerships at anytime to help him remain competitive on the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champion tour.

Armstrong was quick to thank his current partners: Baker Crop Insurance, Neal Metal Recycling, All-Star Performance, Armstrong Farms, Specialty Fuels & Logistics, Beast Enterprise, Simpson Racing Products, Wilwood Brakes, Wings Unlimited, PAC Racing Springs, Penske Shocks, and Schoenfeld Headers. Armstrong appreciatively echoed that he would not be able to stay on the All Star tour without these great partners.
