Attica, OH (July 25th, 2014) – Caleb Griffith would make history in Attica, Ohio on Friday evening, July 25th; earning his first-career ‘410’ sprint car main event victory at Attica Raceway Park. Griffith started seventh (7th) in the 30-lap Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service main event; surviving a handful of cautions, one red flag, and rallying six (6) positions to secure his first Attica ‘410’ win, and second F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series victory of 2014. A last lap pass of Greg Wilson would secure Griffith’s spot in victory lane; Wilson led the first twenty-nine (29) circuits. Greg Wilson would hang on for second; followed by a twelfth (12th) starting Chris Andrews who finished third. Craig Mintz and Brian Lay rounded out the top-five. Caleb Griffith’s first F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series victory of 2014 took shape at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio back on Saturday, April 26th.

In F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series competition, it was defending series champion, Nate Dussel, earning his first F.A.S.T. victory of the 2014 season on Friday night at Attica Raceway Park. Dussel earned his first F.A.S.T. main event win of the season in dominating fashion; leading every lap of the 25-lap feature event. Jordan Ryan finished second; followed by a hard charging Alvin Roepke who finished third. Dustin Dinan and Paul Weaver rounded out the top-five. Alvin Roepke, who advanced eight (8) positions, started the twenty-five lapper from the eleventh spot.

Officially, the JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro has a new point leader; with John Ivy now on top of the series standings with 939 points. Steve Rando, who led the series entering tonight’s competition, now sits second with 936 points; a three (3) point separation.

There were twenty-four (24) Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service ‘410’ sprint cars signed in for competition at the Attica Raceway Park on July 25th. Craig Mintz, Byron Reed and Chris Andrews each recorded ‘fast time’ during their respective group qualifying sessions; with Craig Mintz recording the fastest time overall at 12.331 seconds. Travis Philo, Greg Wilson and Caleb Helms each earned victories during heat race action. Brandon Martin earned the F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series consolation B-main victory; with Stuart Williams, Andrew Palker, Dean Jacobs and Stuart Brubaker also earning A-main starting positions by way of transferring through the 10-lap B-main.

Twenty-eight (28) JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro sprint cars signed in on Friday night at Attica Raceway Park. Jordan Ryan, Paul Weaver, Steve Rando and Nate Dussel each recorded ‘quick time’ during group qualifying; with Jordan Ryan setting the fastest time of the night with an official time of 13.708 seconds. Jordan Ryan, Tyler Gunn, Steve Rando and Nate Dussel each earned heat race victories during F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series preliminary action at Attica Raceway Park. Junior Felver was the evening’s F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series B-main winner; with Seth Schneider, Dan Hammond and Kyle Capodice also earning A-main starting positions via B-main.

History Note:
During recent F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series competition, it was Rob Chaney picking up the series win at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio last Saturday evening, July 19th. The $2,500 F.A.S.T. victory was the first of the 2014 season for Chaney; adding his name to an elite list of one-time winners with the F.A.S.T. program in 2014.  Bobby Clark is the most recent JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro main event winner; taking home the cash back on Saturday evening, June 14th at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio. There has yet to be a repeat winner during F.A.S.T. ‘305’ competition entering the Friday, July 25th program at Attica Raceway Park.

The Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service will be back in action tomorrow evening, Saturday, July 26th at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio for Night #15 of the 2014 campaign. The JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro will also be on hand at the Fremont oval on Saturday, July 26th. The July 26th program will be Night #8 of the 2014 F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series schedule.
