Fully Injected’s lone Pennsylvania Posse member, Cory Haas, will be in action three days this weekend; including two stops to Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and a Saturday night venture to Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. The multi-time 358 sprint car champion at Williams Grove and Lincoln will be in contention all weekend long to put Fully Injected back in victory lane.
The York, Pennsylvania native will kick off his busy Labor Day weekend with a visit to Williams Grove Speedway tomorrow night. The Jack Gunn Memorial is the name of the game and will offer three- 20 lap features for the 410 sprint cars. With nearly $40,000 in total purse on the line at the Williams Grove facility tomorrow evening, The Jack Gunn is sure to attract a large car count and the toughest competition in the region. The first two 20 lap features will pay $2,500 to win; with the third and final 20 lap feature paying $5,000 to the winner. Haas, who is a former 358 Williams Grove Track Champion, will then return to Williams Grove Speedway on Sunday, September 4th, for the Billy Kimmel Memorial. He is the defending winner of the event.
In between the Williams Grove appearances, Haas and the 11c team will enter the last points race of the season for the 410 sprint cars at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, September 3rd. Haas owns 13 – 358 sprint car wins at the Abbottstown, PA facility; and also multiple 358 track championships. Cory was a winner earlier this year at the Lincoln Speedway in 410 competition during Pennsylvania sprint car speedweek; he earned $7,000 for the speedweek opener victory.
