By Fully Injected Motorsports:
YORK, Pa. (August 13, 2019) – Week after week, Cory Haas and Trone Outdoor Motorsports continue to find themselves toward the front, this time checking-off a mark in the top-ten column during action in the Pigeon Hills on Saturday, August 10. Although forced to start 12th on the Lincoln Speedway grid, Haas improved, eventually advancing five positions during feature action to finish seventh at the final checkers.
“We’ve been consistent all season. That’s important to us. We want wins, but proving speed through consistency is just as important,” Cory Haas said, driver of John Trone’s Trone Outdoor Motorsports/Trone Outdoor Advertising/Bricker’s/Old Republic Distillery/Creekside Auto Sales/No. 39 sprint car. “I’m proud of this entire team, and I’m especially grateful for having a guy like John Trone who gives us the opportunity to come out here and do this every weekend. It has been a lot of fun.”
Cory Haas’ Central Pennsylvania schedule will hit high gear once again during the coming weekend, this time setting aim on a trio of starts across three days kicking-off on Friday, August 16, at Williams Grove Speedway.
Haas will return to the ‘Fabulous’ Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, August 17, following his visit to Abbottstown with a one-night appearance at Trail-Way Speedway in Hanover on Sunday, August 18. Although a staple within the Central Pennsylvania racing scene, Trail-Way only hosts 410c.i. competition on an occasional basis, this time for the Third Annual Armin Hostetter Memorial.
