COUNTDOWN IS ON TO RENEW 2015 ELDORA MAJOR EVENT TICKETS
Race Fans Meeting Sunday’s 11:59 p.m. Deadline Receive ‘Add and Exchange’ Opportunity
ROSSBURG, OH (November 11) – For competitors, the Eldora Speedway season is complete, but their fans are racing online, over the phone and in person to meet this Sunday’s (November 16) quickly approaching 11:59 p.m. deadline to renew their 2014 major event seats and campsites for the 2015 Dirt Late Model Dream, Kings Royal, 1-800-CAR-CASH Mud Summer Classic and World 100.
Due to unprecedented demand, ticket representatives will be available to assist with renewals through Friday evening until 7 p.m. (EST) at (937) 338-3815. All patrons can renew 24 hours a day online using the instructions they have received via email and USPS until the deadline.
Renewals also entitle Eldora patrons to participate in Eldora’s exclusive ‘Add and Exchange’ program November 19, 20 and 21. Fans that successfully completed their 2015 major event seat and campsite renewals prior to the deadline have the ability to add seats or campsites to their orders or move to another location during this three-day period from any available inventory.
The ‘Add and Exchange’ is a recent and increasing popular addition to Eldora’s lineup of guest services. It is a unique process and must be completed over by phone over the designated three-day period. Ticketing Manager Tess Thwaits will have a full staff of agents at (937) 338-3815 on Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, November 19-20-21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) to assist patrons with their requests.
All remaining tickets and campsites for the Dirt Late Model Dream by Ferris Mowers (June 4, 5 and 6), Kings Royal Weekend (July 17 & 18), 1-800 Car Cash Mudsummer Classic for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (July 22) and the World 100 (September 10, 11 & 12) will go on sale to the general public Saturday, December 6. Renewals and new ticket orders received for 2015’s major events will be mailed for Christmas delivery.
Tickets and camping for the balance of Eldora’s exciting 2015 season, which can be viewed at the track’s website www.EldoraSpeedway.com, will go on sale Monday, February 9, 2015.
