Craig Mintz Leads F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Standings After Two Events;
John Ivy On Top of F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Rankings After Two Rounds of Action

Fremont, OH (April 21st, 2014) – The Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title (F.A.S.T.) ‘410’ Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service launched it’s 2014 campaign during the recent weekend; hosting back-to-back events on Friday and Saturday, April 18th & 19th at the Attica Raceway Park (April 18th) and Fremont Speedway (April 19th). The series averaged over thirty (30) ‘410’ sprint cars during their first two nights of competition; with many of the region’s finest race teams on hand to help bring in the new F.A.S.T. season.
Two (2) different feature winners were crowned during the first two nights of the 2014 season. Tim Shaffer, a Pennsylvania native and former UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions’ national champion, earned the F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series night #1 victory on Friday evening, April 18th at the Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio. Caleb Griffith (2nd), Craig Mintz (3rd), Chris Andrews (4th) and Jody Keegan (5th) rounded out the top-five. There were thirty-six (36) F.A.S.T. ‘410’ sprinters signed-in on Friday evening at the Attica bullring.
Christopher Bell, an Oklahoma native and USAC national midget phenom, earned the Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘410’ Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service night #2 victory on Saturday, April 19th at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio. Bell would hold off former UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions’ national champion, Chad Kemenah, for the 30-lap, $2,500-to-win victory. Broc Martin (3rd), Craig Mintz (4th) and Byron Reed (5th) rounded out the top-five. There were twenty-six (26) F.A.S.T. ‘410’ sprint cars signed-in on Saturday night at the Fremont Speedway.
The 2014 JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro season also launched during the recent weekend; with back-to-back events being hosted at the Attica Raceway Park (April 18th) and Fremont Speedway (April 19th). An average of twenty-five (25) F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series sprint cars signed in for competition during the recent weekend; with twenty-eight (28) officially signing-in for action on Friday night at Attica Raceway Park, and twenty-three (23) signing-in on Saturday night at Fremont Speedway.
So much like the F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series, two different winners were crowned during the F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series opening weekend. John Ivy took home the checkers during the 2014 season opener on Friday night, April 18th at Attica Raceway Park. Jordan Ryan (2nd), Steve Rando (3rd), Seth Schneider (4th) and Alvin Roepke (5th) rounded out the top-five. Jimmy Colvin earned the F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series night #2 victory at the Fremont Speedway on Saturday, April 19th. Colvin would hold off Friday night winner, John Ivy, for the F.A.S.T. ‘305’ win; followed by Steve Rando (3rd), Dustin Dinan (4th) and Jordan Ryan (5th).
Craig Mintz currently leads the F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series point standings after two (2) rounds of competition. Mintz, who earned back-to-back top-five finishes with the series during the recent weekend, sits on top with 276 points; 14 points ahead of current series runner-up, Chris Andrews. Caleb Giffith, Byron Reed and Stuart Brubaker round out the top-five, respectively.
John Ivy leads the F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series standings heading into the next sanctioned event on Friday, May 16th at Attica Raceway Park. Ivy, who has 295 earned points, secured the top spot in the standings with two (2) podium finishes during the recent weekend. Steve Rando currently sits second in the standings; followed by Jordan Ryan, Jimmy Colvin and Dustin Dinan
