Cullen Hutchison to continue Wing and Non-Wing Outlaw campaign with three nights in Florida

BUTLER, Pa. (February 11, 2025) – With the annual Tulsa Shootout officially in the rearview mirror, Butler, Pennsylvania’s Cullen Hutchison will now transfer focus to the Sunshine State, set to visit Marion County Speedway in Ocala, Florida, for four nights of action beginning Wednesday, February 12. Dubbed the Bullring Bonanza, the four night mini speedweek will commence with an open practice session on Wednesday, followed by three straight nights of competition on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 

Hutchison, who will compete in the Wing and Non-Wing Outlaw classes at the Bullring Bonanza, will roll into Ocala fresh off of a Tulsa Shootout podium, finishing second in the Restricted A-Class after starting from row four. The Tulsa Shootout podium was a first for the ace of the Classic Ink USA, Open Joist, E2 Apparel, Sam Johnson Racing, Royal Chassis, No. 83H, bettering all but one of the 170 total entries in that respective division. 

Hutchison’s A-Main appearance culminated from an impressive preliminary display that commenced with a runner-up performance during heat race competition, climbing ahead from sixth on the grid. The Western Pennsylvania youngster raced on to finish third from fourth in his respective qualifier which resulted in his evental A-Main qualification.

“I’m very excited to continue our schedule in Florida. It’s Sam Johnson’s hard work that keeps us prepped and ready to go for these long trips and I’m confident the hard work will translate into great results,” Hutchison said. “Our goal is to put together three consistent nights. It’s going to be a great trip.”
