Danny Dietrich Will Attempt to Continue Central PA Win Streak;
Back to work with three consecutive events on May 6-8
By Fully Injected Motorsports:
GETTYSBURG, Pa. (May 3, 2016) – After earning three consecutive podium finishes in Central Pennsylvania, two of which resulting in victory lane appearances, it is safe to say that Danny Dietrich has found his rhythm.
Dietrich, pilot of the Gary Kauffman Racing, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Hickory Run Orchards, Weikert’s Livestock, Carlisle Auto Salvage, CATS Used Truck Parts, No. 48, increased his top-ten total to 14 on the season during his last set of starts, seven occurring inside the top-five. Victories at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, April 23, and Selinsgrove Speedway on Sunday, April 24, are Dietrich’s most recent accomplishments, outperforming the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions in the process for a $5,000 pay day. The Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, native will attempt to continue his recent streak of dominance during the upcoming three-day weekend, set to tackle three consecutive events throughout Central Pennsylvania.
“Things are going pretty good right now, so it’s hard not to be pleased about that,” explained Danny Dietrich. “It took us some time to find our groove, but now things should be a lot smoother for our team. I owe all of my recent success to my guys. My crew never stops working. Even when things really weren’t going our way, they stayed motivated and kept working hard. Feels great to have a dedicated team like I do. Hopefully I can keep returning the favor and keep delivering wins.”
Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing will tour the heart of “Posse Country” during the upcoming weekend, paying visits to Williams Grove Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, and Susquehanna Speedway along the way. Action will ignite on Friday evening, May 6, at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, followed by an appearance at the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown on Saturday, May 7. Weekend competition will conclude on Sunday evening, May 8, with action at the Susquehanna Speedway near York Haven, featuring the $4,000-to-win, Kevin Gobrecht Classic.
“I think we have a little bit of an advantage,” said Danny Dietrich. “We still have a lot of momentum on our side heading into weekend. Last weekend was a wash for the most part. We didn’t get the entire program in at Lincoln, so we haven’t turned a feature lap since our win at Selinsgrove. We’ll attempt to pick up right where we left off.”
