The “Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks” team has a rich history in sprint car racing throughout Pennsylvania, as well as the country; as Tom and Fran funded a World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series team for a few seasons with Chad Kemenah behind the wheel.

“I’m really looking forward to this opportunity to drive the ‘Golden Flavor Sesame Sicks’ car” explained Danny Holtgraver, “To be given the opportunity to drive for car owners like Tom and Fran Chiappelli along with Kevin Grubb is something that I’ve been working towards for a long time…they have a notorious program that traveled the country so I’m extremely thankful and excited to be a part of that!”

The current plan for Holtgraver and the familiar gold and yellow ’98’  is to kick things off at Port Royal Speedway in early July. The annual Pennsylvania Speedweek Sprint Series will make a stop at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania for a $5,000-to-win, 30 lap contest on Saturday, July 7th; with the newly formed team in tow. The former Lerneville Speedway track champion has plenty recent success at Port Royal Speedway in 2012; earning a top 10 finish during regular competition, and a runner-up finish during All-Star Circuit of Champions competition in late April.

“It’s going to be a lot of fun for everybody” said Holtgraver, “Hopefully we can create some great chemistry and find victory lane our first night out!”
