Pittsburgh, PA -9/10/12- After a solid weekend in Central Pennsylvania aboard the Tom and Fran Chiappelli owned/Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks sponsored no. 98 ‘410’ sprinter, Danny Holtgraver will return to the familiar seat of his Danny Holtgraver Motorsports ‘D4’ in search of a $10,000 payday. The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Sources ‘D4’ team will return to action this Friday and Saturday, September 14th & 15th, for the All-Star Circuit of Champions/Ohio Region sanctioned ‘Jim Ford Classic’ at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio. The two-day All-Star Circuit of Champions spectacle will feature two full programs of ‘410’ sprint car action; capped-off with a 50 lap, $10,000-to-win, Jim Ford Classic A-main finale! The two-day program at Fremont is the last double-header on the All-Star Circuit of Champions 2012 schedule. Holtgraver, who traveled the entire ‘Ohio Region’ portion of the All-Star schedule again in 2012, currently sits third (3rd) in the All-Star ‘Ohio Region’ standings entering this weekend’s ‘Jim Ford Classic.’

‘We are just hoping for a good result’ said Holtgraver about the upcoming weekend, ‘Our results haven’t been super impressive at Fremont Speedway this season…hopefully we can turn things around this weekend and snag a nice chunk of that purse on Saturday night…we have been hot lately in the ‘D4’…I’m hoping we can keep that up!’

The All-Star Circuit of Champions will kick-off the two-day Fremont Speedway/ ‘Ohio Region’ weekend on Friday night, September 14th, with a $3,000-to-win main event for the ‘410’ sprint cars. The ‘Jim Ford Classic’ will continue on Saturday, September 15th, with another complete show for the All-Star sprinters; featuring the 50 lap, $10,000-to-win main event. Bryan Sebetto, the 2012 Fremont/Attica Sprint Title Champion, is the defending ‘Jim Ford Classic’ winner at the always-racey 3/8’s mile oval. Danny Holtgraver will enter the weekend third in the ‘Ohio Region’ standings; 207 points behind Tim Shaffer, and 234 markers behind current ‘Ohio Region’ point leader, Dale Blaney. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native also finds himself eighth (8th) in the ‘national’ standings entering Fremont’s double-header. The All-Star schedule will come to a close on Saturday, October 13th, with a one-day program at the world famous Eldora Speedway.

‘It’s going to be a fun weekend and a great way to help close out the All-Star season’ explained Holtgraver, ‘We really enjoy going to Fremont…our results haven’t been fantastic there but we have fun there…it’s a beautiful facility and we are always excited to get back out there!’

The trip to Fremont Speedway this Friday and Saturday will only be the start of a very busy stretch of action for the Danny Holtgraver Motorsports/Brian Kemenah lead operation. The next two weekends after the Fremont, Ohio road trip will be filled with World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series competition in Ohio and Pennsylvania; ending with their usual visit to Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania for the $50,000-to-win, National Open. The former Lernerville Speedway sprint car track champion will be racing with some of the best sprint car drivers in the world over the course of the next three weekends; which includes trips to Eldora Speedway, Lernerville Speedway, and the always competitive, Williams Grove Speedway.

‘We have a lot of money on the line the next three weekends’ said Holtgraver, ‘We want to be sharp and on top of our game!’
