GETTYSBURG, Pa. (March 25, 2024) – Two Posse starts resulted in two podium finishes for “Double-D” Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing, kicking things off with a runner-up performance at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, March 22, followed by a third-place finish at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 24. Impressive enough, Dietrich’s Friday night performance nearly resulted in a $5,500 victory, leading most of the evening’s 25-lap contest before losing the top spot to Freddie Rahmer with eight circuits remaining.
Adding more to the weekend stat card, Sunday’s podium was the product of an impressive rally from row seven, battling ahead ten positions before pressuring Cory Eliason and Troy Wagaman Jr for the race lead.
“We’re going to keep racking them up,” Danny Dietrich, ace of Gary Kauffman’s Weikert’s Livestock, Sandoe’s Fruit Market, Pace Performance, Cochrancars.com, York Excavating, Big Cove Whitetail Trophy Hunts, Drop Of Ink Tattoo, Self Made Racing, No. 48 sprint car, said. “Hats off to this team. We’re having a lot of fun right now and our results play a big part of that. Everything is clicking really well and I’m confident more wins are coming.”
With Dietrich’s recent weekend included, the Gettysburg native now owns eight top-five finishes on the season, one of which a victory at the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway.
