Dollar Energy Auction highlights Peoples TWP Night this Friday, May 16
Sarver, PA (May 14, 2014) Fab Four Racing returns this Friday, May 16 on Peoples TWP Night and the Dollar Energy Auction will provide the Finest Race Fans in the World the opportunity to go home with tickets to the biggest events at Lernerville and other area tracks for just $1! That’s right, the Dollar Energy Auction will feature 11 different ticket packages including the 8th Annual Firecracker 100 presented by GottaRace.com and the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup XXIII with a minimum investment of just $1!
Raffle tickets will be sold for $1 and fans will be able to enter to win tickets to the Firecracker 100 and Silver Cup, as well as the Working Man 50 for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series, Commonwealth Clash for the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Cars, Steel City Stampede and Fab Four Racing. Our friends from Sharon Speedway, Mercer Raceway Park and Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway have also generously donated tickets to their respective Saturday Night programs. Driver t-shirts and die-cast racecars from ADC will also be raffled off!
The Dollar Energy Auction will be held right inside the main gates towards turn four and open from 6:00PM-8:00PM. Winners will be announced after heat racing action is complete.
Sprint car drivers will also engage Peoples TWP employees’ children on the front stretch for the feature redraw. 10 children will be paired up with the drivers eligible for the redraw and the winner will go to Sheetz Victory Lane with their driver to represent Peoples TWP.
Peoples TWP will have a pair of Natural Gas Vehicles on display and pacing the Sprint feature, in addition to hosting a large pre-race party for their employees and family members.
Buffalo Township Community Days will also be going on in the parking lot, complete with Carnival Rides and a Charity Benefit Concert for a local teenager battling cancer. There will be no shortage of activity and entertainment once again at the Action Track!
Those who generously donated to Breast Cancer Research two weeks ago are reminded to bring their $5 coupons to be redeemed this Friday Night. Of course, we would greatly appreciate that you continue to pay it forward and donate those $5 back to the Dollar Energy Auction to help heat the homes of less fortunate members of our community this coming winter.
Carl Bowser (Peoples TWP Sprints), Russ King (Precise Late Models), Rex King Sr. (Diehl Modifieds) and Corey McPherson (Pic-A-Part Sportsman) enter this Friday Night as Budweiser Points leaders. Bowser and McPherson won the most recent features on Friday May 2, while Alex Ferree and Rex King Jr. won their respective features.
The Diehl Auto Group DIRTcar Northeast Modifieds will take center stage next Friday, May 23 on Diehl Automotive Night. Diehl has showrooms both in Butler and Robinson Township and they provide Lernerville Speedway with a Ram Safety Truck. Diehl of Robinson is also the Super Late Model division sponsor at nearby Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway.
