Double-D consistent in weekend triple; The Grove, Port Royal and BAPS on future agenda

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (April 21, 2025) – To no surprise, Danny Dietrich and Gary Kauffman Racing put together another consistent weekend in Pennsylvania Posse Country, not only accumulating three consecutive top-fives, but two of the three were podiums, highlighting all achievements with a runner-up performance in Lincoln Speedway’s $10,069-to-win Weldon Sterner Memorial on Saturday, April 19.
“Double-D,” who started third on Lincoln’s 33-lap grid, powered his way to second beyond Matt Campbell with seven to go, setting his aim on race leader and Dillsburg native Anthony Macri. A late restart with a pair remaining gave Dietrich the chance he needed, but Macri proved too strong.
In addition, and just one night prior, Dietrich finished fifth in the annual Tommy Hinnershitz Classic at Williams Grove Speedway, racing on to record a third-place finish in the evening’s Make-Up Feature that occurred immediately after the Hinnershitz – it resumed with five laps recorded.
With all results considered, Dietrich is now the owner of 12 top-tens this season, 11 of which happening within the top-five including three victories – one at Lincoln and two at BAPS Motor Speedway.

We’re going to do our best to get back to victory lane next weekend.”

Finished third at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, March 15. Earned back-to-back top-fives in starts at Port Royal Speedway (4th) and BAPS Motor Speedway (1st) on Friday and Saturday, March 29-30. Earned victory at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, April 13. Earned three consecutive top-fives in starts at Williams Grove (Double Features) and Lincoln Speedway on April 18-19; fifth, third and second.
