DOWN UNDER UPDATE: Tough luck continues for Whittall in USA vs WA Speedweek finale - #FIMotorsports

VINCENTOWN, N.J. (January 12, 2026) – Justin Whittall and RBH Racing did their best to battle the best in Perth Motorplex’s two-day USA vs Western Australia Speedweek finale on Friday and Saturday, January 9-10, but unfortunately, it was tough luck that prevailed, keeping the New Jersey native short of all potential.

Whittall, the 2025 Port Royal Speedway Track Champion, was forced to retire Friday due to mechanical woes, all before accidental contact ended his feature run on Saturday. With a full slate at Tolmer Speedway and Premier Speedway on deck, Whittall and RBH Racing will do their best to reset and refocus.

“Just one of those weekends…our time will come,” Whittall, ace of the RBH Group, Turret Engineering, No. 21, said. “We had a lot of speed all weekend and I’m grateful for the opportunity. We’ll reset this week and be ready for Tolmer on Friday.”
