KNOXVILLE, Iowa (June 3, 2024) – Cory Eliason and Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR) notched another mark in the High Limit Racing top-ten column during the recent weekend, doing so on the highbanks of Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, on Friday, May 31. In all, a sound performance for the Visalia, California, native, timing in fourth-quick overall before finishing second in his respective heat race.
Eliason, who now owns 15 top-tens on the season, raced on to finish sixth in Lawrenceburg’s $12,000-to-win River Rage, advancing one position from the inside of row four.
Despite eventually concluding their weekend with a 15th-place outcome at Butler Speedway in Quincy, Michigan, on Sunday, June 2, Eliason and RSR are eager and ready to move forward, aiming big at a major money week through the Midwest beginning Tuesday, June 4, at Davenport Speedway in Davenport, Iowa.
“A solid Friday effort for everyone at Ridge & Sons Racing. Didn’t have the outcome we wanted at Butler on Sunday, but there’s plenty ahead to focus on,” Eliason, driver of the Commercial Edge, NDT New Direction Transport LLC, Ridge Development, North Ridge Development, Elliott’s Custom Trailers & Carts, B And L Holdings, No. 8 sprint car, expressed. “A lot of money on the line in upcoming visits to Davenport and I-70. A few wins would be a great and obvious momentum shift for our team.”
