KNOXVILLE, Iowa (April 15, 2024) – It was a trying weekend in the Lone Star State for Cory Eliason and Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR), ultimately concluding the two-race High Limit Racing swing with one top-ten appearance, doing so at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas, on Saturday, April 13. Eliason, now with six top-ten performances thus far in 2024, commenced action from 11th on the grid, securing his A-Main starting position via runner-up finish during heat race competition.

Unfortunately, Eliason was unable to match his Saturday outcome in his Sunday visit to RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas, ending all High Limit action with an 15th-place result after transferring through the evening’s B-Main. The Visalia, California, native will have his opportunity for High Limit Racing redemption in just over 24 hours, as Series action continues with a $20,000-to-win Midweek Money Series event at Red Dirt Raceway in Meeker, Oklahoma, on Tuesday, April 16.

“We have 20,000 reasons to shake off the weekend and worry about tomorrow,” Eliason, ace of the Commercial Edge, NDT New Direction Transport LLC, Ridge Development, North Ridge Development, Elliott’s Custom Trailers & Carts, B And L Holdings, No. 8 sprint car, stated. “Hats off to the team and to everyone involved. It was a trying weekend for us, but we’ll bounce back…we’re more than capable.”
