Fab Four Racing’s Fire, Police & EMS Night Canceled
Turner’s Premium Iced Tea TeaBird debut backed up until June 14
Next Friday, May 31 is Peoples TWP Night of Fab Four Racing plus the Dollar Energy Auction!
Sarver, PA (May 24, 2013) After soaking rains for most of the day on Thursday, unseasonably cold and windy conditions plagued the Action Track today and the Lernerville Track crew was unable to work the track and pits into suitable conditions for racing, so the decision was made to pull the plug on Fab Four Racing for Friday, May 24.
Next Friday, May 31 is another Fast Friday of Fab Four Racing on Peoples TWP Night and the Dollar Energy Auction will raise money for the Dollar Energy fund that helps those less fortunate in our communities to pay their heating bills. Tickets will be sold for a dollar and fans can enter to win one of three great prize packages; 2 VIP Pit Passes to the 7th Annual Firecracker 100 presented by GottaRace.com, 2 VIP Pit Passes to the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup XXII Twins 30s presented by GottaRace.com and Four free passes to any Fab Four Racing event in 2013. And Peoples TWP will match the fans’ donations dollar for dollar towards the Dollar Energy Fund.
We’re now just five weeks away from the 7th Annual Firecracker 100 presented by GottaRace.com on Thursday-Friday-Saturday, June 27-28-29 and less than two months away from the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup Twin 30s on Tuesday, July 16! Tickets are available for both events 24/7 at Lernerville.com by clicking the “Buy Tickets” tab. Tickets are going fast and all advanced ticket purchases come with FREE pit pass upgrades!
Tomorrow’s weather looks better though, so we’d like to invite you to visit one of our other local tracks to get your racing fix for the weekend! Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway has BRP Modifieds tomorrow night in addition to their normal weekly program of Super Lates, RUSH (crate) Lates and Sportsman (they call them Late Model, we call them Stocks). The BOSS Wingless Sprints are at Mercer Raceway Park tomorrow night and Sharon Speedway is hosting the two-night Bill Emig Memorial for the RUSH Dirt Late Model Touring Series Saturday & Sunday Night. You can also see Late Models and Sportsman/Stocks at Marion Center Speedway.
The aforementioned BOSS Wingless Sprints and RUSH Dirt Late Model Touring Series will be at Lernerville Speedway Fourth of July weekend on Friday, July 5 along with the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman. To view the entire Lernerville Speedway scheduled log on to Lernerville.com!
