Pittsburgh, PA (October 8th, 2014) – After taking the most recent weekend off to enjoy some much deserved ‘rest and relaxation,’ ‘The Jet’ Jared Miley will return to super late model competition this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, October 9th, 10th & 11th at the NDRL McKean County Raceway near East Smethport, Pennsylvania. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native will participate in the ‘Fall Classic’ at NDRL’s McKean County Raceway; featuring two full nights of super late model competition. Jared Miley has earned nine victories thus far in 2014, and will attempt to break into the double-digit mark this Friday and Saturday night.
The ‘Fall Classic’ at NDRL’s McKean County Raceway will technically kick-off on Thursday evening, October 9th with a full evening of open practice for all divisions. Racing will begin on Friday evening, October 10th for the super late models; highlighted with the 30-lap, Mike ‘Mountain Man’ Reed Memorial worth $2,000 to the winner. The ‘Fall Classic’ weekend will continue on Saturday evening, October 11th with a second full slate of super late model competition. The final night of the ‘Fall Classic’ will be highlighted with the 50-lap, Jim Butler Memorial – ‘RaceFAN 50’- worth $5,000 to the victor. The entire weekend will be sanctioned by the ULMS Late Model Series.
Jared Miley, who pilots the Jared Miley Racing, Colussy Chevrolet, Octane Graphix, Brougher’s Machine Shop, Rocket Chassis, FullyInjected.com, no. H1 super late model, has earned multiple ‘high-dollar’ victories over the course of the current season, and will search for yet another in East Smethport this weekend. The former Lernerville Speedway track champion has amassed wins at five different facilities in two different states in 2014; including Pennsylvania and New York. Miley’s most recent victory was also his most profitable, earning $6,000 at Eriez Speedway’s ‘September Sweep.’
