Team Fully Injected pulled off another fantastic night at the races with 3 more top five finishes to be added to the overall weekend top five list! Scott Priester, Rod George, and Adam Kekich all rolled in with top five finishes at Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania this evening. To go a long with that, Fully Injected teammate Brandon Matus scored a heat race victory to add to the FI set of accomplishments for the weekend. Matus would also score a top ten finish at Mercer; coming home ninth!
Scott Priester was the evening’s top Fully Injected finisher at Mercer Raceway Park. He would finish second behind Jack Sodeman Jr., with teammate Rod George finishing 3rd. Fully Injected’s newest member, 18 year old Adam Kekich, finished 4th- holding off veteran Brent Matus who was fifth.
The pair of sprint car veteran FI reps, Rod George and Scott Priester, ended their weekend’s with consistency; both recording double top five finishes. Congratulations to all “FI” team members!
Danny Holtgraver would compete in night number 2 of Ohio Sprint Speedweek at KC Raceway in Chillicothe, Ohio this evening. After timing in 10th quick and transferring from his heat to the main event by way of finishing 5th; the Pittsburgh native earned an 8th place starting position and would hold on to finish in the top 15; Holtgraver would cross the line in 15th position. Dale Blaney picked up the win over last night’s winner, Tim Shaffer, Cole Duncan, Randy Hannagan, and David Gravel. There were 47 cars that signed into the event. Tomorrow night Ohio Sprint Speedweek will visit the Millstream Speedway in Findlay, Ohio.
