Brandon Matus, who recently turned 17, didn’t have quite the positive luck that Spithaler achieved; as mechanical issues would cause the Wampum, PA native to fail to make the feature event. Fully Injected’s, Scott Priester, would be involved in a early feature race tangle, but would still manage to finish just one spot shy of a top ten run. Carl Bowser was officially crowned as the 2011 Lernerville Speedway Track Champion tonight at the conclusion of the racing events. There were 27 sprint cars signed into the pit area.
