Greg Hodnett earned an extra $4,000 this season by capturing the Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series title.
Hard earned consistency along with multiple victory lane appearances allowed the Tennessee native to capture the overall title for 2011. His eight series victories was the most of anybody in the point standings. Lance Dewease finished 2nd, with Fred Rahmer close behind in third. Dewease had seven series victories in 2011; while Rahmer only had three.
“The top 10 in the Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series will all receive checks ranging from the winner Greg Hodnett at $4,000 to 10th place Aaron Ott receiving $500.”
