Gregg Satterlee Ends 2015 with Five Victories and a World Finals Top-Ten
Already Looking Ahead to 2016

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Indiana, PA (November 24, 2015) – Western Pennsylvania’s Gregg Satterlee will roll into the 2015/2016 off-season with a sense of accomplishment. The Rochester Mills native, who now calls Indiana, Pennsylvania, home, earned five super late model victories during his 2015 campaign, while also accumulating 14 top-five and 29 top-ten finishes. “The Truth” visited victory lane at four different facilities in three different states over the course of 2015, all of which in the Mid-Atlantic region of the country. The pilot of the Satterlee Petroleum Distributors, Keyser Manufacturing, Valvoline, No. 22, super late model, captured wins at Port Royal (PA) Speedway, Bedford (PA) Fairgrounds Speedway, Hagerstown (MD) Speedway, and Winchester (VA) Speedway, earning over $30,000 in the process. Despite the success, Satterlee remains focused and hopes to outdo his performances during the upcoming season.

“We are definitely proud of what we’ve accomplished” Satterlee said, “We were strong during certain parts of the season, but we still have some things to work on for next year. I want to thank Robbie and my entire crew for their hard work. My dad has always been more than supportive and we wouldn’t have been able to earn the wins that we did without him. We have a lot to do this off-season, so we’ll start the rebuilding process soon and get ready for our annual trip south.”

Gregg Satterlee ended his 2015 season during the Bad Boy Buggies World of Outlaws World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Despite the opening night of World Finals competition ending short of main event action, “The Truth” would rebound on Sunday, November 8, and capture a top-ten finish against a stout field of World of Outlaws late models. Satterlee finished sixth during the 50-lap, $12,000-to-win, World Finals main event, charging forward from a 14th starting position.

“It was a great way to end our season” said Satterlee, “The last part of our year was a little disappointing for us. We had a tough time figuring out what we were missing. Fortunately, we got the car where it needed to be and earned a top-ten to end the year. Finishing the season like that will keep us motivated all winter.”

Tentative plans for the new year include a trip south during the month of February. Satterlee hopes to jump start 2016 with action in Georgia and Florida, joining the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the World of Outlaws Late Model Series during visits to Golden Isles (GA) Speedway, East Bay (FL) Raceway Park, Bubba (FL) Raceway Park, and Volusia (FL) Speedway Park. News regarding Satterlee’s 2016 season will be released in the near future.
