HEADLINES GALORE: Doney-Lawson Racing joins best in High Limit start at Lucas Oil; Xavier Doney excited to head Down Under and enter Chili Bowl

ODESSA, Mo. (October 20, 2025) – Xavier Doney, Doney-Lawson Racing and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars did their best to beat the best Wednesday evening at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri, and although they were unable to attain the evening’s top achievement, their results were special in their own right, concluding the High Limit Racing Roto-Rooter Midweek Series program with a 13th-place finish after starting one position back.

Doney, the ace of the Design Source Flooring, Schnee-Lawson Chassis, Motor Haven, MVP Logistics, T&T Equine, Prime Composite, Steve & Mandy Griffin Family, JDLawsonMedia, Stanton Racing Engines, No 74 sprinter who calls Odessa, Missouri, home, launched his evening with the national travelers with the 11th-fastest qualifying time, racing on to finish fifth in his respective heat race. The eventual 13th-place outcome concluded his 2025 efforts with High Limit, as the Series eventually concluded their campaign at Texas Motor Speedway October 17-18. 

Speaking of Texas Motor Speedway, Xavier Doney and Doney-Lawson Racing will get their turn at the Fort Worth facility in a few, short weeks, capping the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League schedule with a doubleheader on Friday and Saturday, November 7-8. Doney will roll into the Lone Star State third in the POWRi season championship, padded by 17 top-tens including two victories. Xavier’s youngster sister and teammate, Natalie Doney, will also be in action in Fort Worth, Texas. The young lady is currently 11th in the POWRi championship with one top-ten to her credit.

With all other news considered, Xavier Doney is pleased to announce that, not only will be he entering the 2026 Chili Bowl Nationals with three-time World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series champion, Sammy Swindell, as a teammate, but in addition, the recently turned 20-year-old is heading Down Under, set to make an appearance at the Perth Motorplex in High Limit Racing’s international program on December 28-30. The richest event in Australia history will award $110,000-to-win.
