‘Hillbilly 100’ Highlights Jared Miley’s Labor Day Weekend Plans
45th Annual ‘Hillbilly 100’ Will Award $25,000 at I-77 Raceway Park on Sunday

South Park, PA (August 28th, 2013) – Jared Miley Racing will take part in dirt late model racing’s ‘oldest event’ this Sunday, September 1st at the I-77 Raceway Park in Ripley, West Virginia; the 45th Annual ‘Hillbilly 100’ worth $25,000 to the winner. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned event will see some of the nation’s most competitive super late model racers, including Jimmy Owens and John Blankenship, hit the dirt for a five-digit pay day, and a year’s worth of ‘hillbilly’ bragging rights. Jared Miley, who pilots the Jared Miley Racing, Brougher’s Machine Shop, Octane Graphix, Colussy Chevrolet, Schaeffer’s Racing Oil, ‘H1’ super late model, will make the tow south to the I-77 Raceway Park this Sunday, September 1st for the first time in 2013; with hopes of bringing home a piece of dirt late model history worth $25,000.
Although Sunday’s $25,000-to-win ‘Hillbilly 100’ may be the ‘crown jewel’ of the upcoming weekend for Jared Miley and the entire ‘H1’ team, the South Park, Pennsylvania native will still attend to other business before the Ripley, West Virginia road trip. Miley, who is a six-time super late model winner in 2013, will kick-off his Labor Day weekend with a visit to the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, August 30th; all before making a familiar stop at the Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway near Imperial, Pennsylvania on Saturday, August 31st. Both programs will feature ‘weekly’ competition; with Lernerville Speedway hosting their last point race of the 2013 season this Friday night.
