IT’S TIME: Doney-Lawson Racing to commence 2025 slate with POWRi double in Texas

ODESSA, Mo. (March 24, 2025) – It’s been a long wait, but Doney-Lawson Racing (DSL) and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars will finally have the opportunity to activate their 2025 campaign, ready to join the POWRi Honest Abe Roofing 410 Outlaw Sprint League in their season opener at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track in Fort Worth, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, March 28-29. The team out of Odessa, Missouri, will chase a $12,000 potential in the weekend pair with Friday’s opener awarding $5,000 followed by a $7,000-to-win finale on Saturday.

Doney-Lawson Racing, backed by Design Source Flooring, Schnee-Lawson Chassis, Motor Haven, MVP Logistics, T&T Equine, and the Steve & Mandy Griffin Family, will follow the POWRi schedule in its entirety in 2025, which will roll right into a Missouri triple-header at US 36 Raceway, Lake Ozark Speedway, and I-70 Speedway on Friday through Sunday, April 4-6.

Wheeled by the brother and sister duo of Xavier Doney and Natalie Doney, Doney-Lawson Racing will enter the POWRi season opener with high hopes and big goals. Xavier concluded his 2024 POWRi attempt with a podium outcome in the final championship standings. Natalie, who is making the jump to full-time 410 competition in 2025, will chase POWRi’s Rookie of the Year crown.
