North Jackson, OH (May 30th, 2013) – Racing will resume for Jack Sodeman Jr. and the Rudzik Racing ‘94’ team this Friday and Saturday, May 31st & June 1st, at two of the team’s ‘home’ facilities. Two un-sanctioned ‘weekly’ events are on tap for the North Jackson, Ohio native; beginning with an appearance at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The former Lernerville Speedway winner is scheduled to make his second start of the upcoming weekend at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. Jack Sodeman Jr. has a very successful history at both Western Pennsylvania ovals, and hopes to continue that success this weekend as the season moves into the month of June.

The Rudzik Racing, Rudzik Excavating, Economy Tooling no. 94 ‘410’ sprint car team will jump start their upcoming weekend schedule with an appearance at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, May 31st. The ‘Fab Four’ racing event will feature all of the facility’s weekly racing divisions; including the ‘410’ sprint cars. Sodeman Jr. is a former winner at the Sarver 4/10’s mile oval, and recently captured the 2013 Lernerville Speedway ‘Fab Four’ season opener. The pilot of the Rudzik Racing no. 94 currently finds himself third (3rd) in the updated Lernerville Speedway driver standings; trailing Brandon Spithaler, the current championship point leader, by one (1) marker.

Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania will be the Saturday night destination for Jack Sodeman Jr. on June 1st. The Mercer 3/8’s mile oval will be hosting another edition of their weekly ‘Saturday Night Live!’ program this Saturday evening; which features the ‘410’ sprint cars, as well as a slew of other popular short track divisions. Jack Sodeman Jr. is a former winner at ‘The Park.’ Just like Lernerville Speedway, Jack Sodeman Jr. finds himself third (3rd) in the current Mercer Raceway Park ‘410’ sprint car driver standings.

In recent ‘410’ sprint car action, Jack Sodeman Jr. and the Rudzik Racing/Rudzik Excavating no. 94 team made the tow west to the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio last Saturday and Sunday for two-full nights of UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions competition. A highlight of Sodeman Jr.’s weekend included a top-fifteen finish during Sunday night’s portion of the UNOH All Star program. The Rudzik Racing ‘94’ would finish fifteenth (15th) officially during the 50-lap, $10,000-to-win UNOH All Star main event at the Fremont Speedway.
