Jared Miley Ends 2012 Season This Weekend at Lernerville Speedway!

South Park, PA (10-24-2012) – South Park, Pennsylvania native and Team Fully Injected super late model hotshoe, Jared Miley, will end his 2012 racing season this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 25th, 26th, & 27th, at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The 2012 Lernerville Speedway super late model track champion has six (6) wins at the Sarver oval already in 2012, and hopes to earn lucky number seven (7) this weekend at the annual DIRTcar Round-Up ‘Steel City Stampede.’ The Jared Miley Racing/Colussy Chevrolet/Forcey Coal/Octane Graphix/FullyInjected.com ‘H1’ operation will have an opportunity to pocket $3,000 this weekend at the three-day spectacle, as well as end their phenomenal year once again on top of the podium. The ‘Steel City Stampede’ at Lernerville Speedway will end all racing action in Western Pennsylvania for the 2012 season, and will feature all of the track’s weekly divisions; as well as a handful of other notorious short track classes.
The ‘Steel City Stampede’ will kick-off on Thursday evening, October 25th, with an open practice for all nine (9) eligible divisions that will be a part of this year’s DIRTcar Round-Up. Racing action will begin on Friday evening, October 26th, with all of the preliminary competition, including respective heat races, for each division on the weekend schedule. All feature racing will take place on Saturday evening, October 27th; with the super late models, ‘410’ sprint cars, and the big block modifieds all vying for a $3,000 pay day. Other divisions, such as the FASTRAK late models, sportsman, ‘305’ sprint cars, and the ump modifieds, will also be on the weekend line-up.
Entering this weekend’s season-ending event at Lernerville Speedway, Jared Miley rides on an impressive resume that includes ten (10) wins this season, and nearly thirty (30) top five finishes. Miley’s 2012 accomplishments include not only winning major-regional events like The Earl Hill Memorial at Tyler County Speedway, and the Red Miley Rumble at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, but also qualifying for major-national events such at the Firecracker 100, and the Dirt Track World Championship. The former Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway track champion last earned a ‘Steel City Stampede’ victory during the 2010 season, and has enough momentum entering this weekend to secure his second title in three years.
