South Park, PA (11-7-12) With Jared Miley’s 2012 season recently wrapping up, the pilot of the Jared Miley Racing/Colussy Chevrolet/Forcey Coal/Octane Graphix/FullyInjected.com ‘H1’ is already looking forward to the start of the 2013 season. The South Park, Pennsylvania based super late model pilot earned ten (10) wins during the summer racing season; while also tallying nearly thirty (30) top five finishes, and thirty-five (35) top tens. Most of Miley’s impressive performances this season came at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania; located roughly an hour from Miley’s South Park home. The ‘Jet’ scored six (6) wins at the prestigious 4/10’s mile oval during weekly ‘Fab Four’ competition; while also earning a top ten finish (8th) during annual $30,000-to-win, Firecracker 100 sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. The six (6) wins, and relentless consistency, was more than enough to earn Miley the Lernerville Speedway track title.

Jared Miley won the 2012 Lernerville Speedway super late model track championship in dominating fashion. The Jared Miley Racing ‘H1’ never finished outside of the top five during the 2012 Lernerville ‘Fab Four’ campaign. By the time the ‘Fab Four’ weekly racing season had come to an end at the Sarver oval in 2012, Miley had such a demanding lead, that he was able to skip the last Friday of points to enjoy a vacation with his family. The Lernerville Speedway championship was the first of Miley’s young career.

JMR celebrates at July 4th win at Marion Center Speedway!

The former Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway super late model track champion also enjoyed success at other regional dirt ovals in 2012. Miley picked up a second consecutive Earl Hill Memorial win at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, West Virginia; while also earning the Red Miley Rumble victory at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway; a race honoring the memory of Jared’s late uncle, Red. The Earl Hill Memorial win was worth $4,000 to the JMR program, while the Red Miley Rumble allowed Miley to pocket another $5,300. The ‘Jet’ was also victorious at the Marion Center Speedway in Marion Center, Pennsylvania during the recent racing season. The ‘H1’ dominated the July 4th special event; leading every lap of the 25 lap, super late model main event for a $1,500 pay day.

“We want to thank everybody who was involved this year” explained Matt Miley,”We had a pretty good year and we are happy with how things turned out…we would have liked to change some things…or maybe change a few results…but regardless, it was a fun season and we couldn’t have done it without the help of all of our sponsors and supporters…thank you!”

As far as 2013 is concerned, Miley, and the entire Jared Miley Racing operation, has a lot to look forward to. A game plan and schedule has not yet been determined, but the team is already beginning to discuss big potential. With Lernerville Speedway also giving a brand new Rocket Chassis to the super late model track champion, the JMR team will now have a three-car stable, and plans to utilize the three-car stable until further notice. Miley plans to release more information regarding their 2013 plans as the season creeps closer and closer.
