HANOVER, Pa. (June 24, 2024) – The end of June usually means one thing for Pennsylvania race fans: Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek. And for Hanover, Pennsylvania’s JJ Loss, who is halfway through his first, full season in the 410 sprint car ranks, it’s a time to garner extra lap time and experience, fully intent on participating in five nights of the ten-race schedule including Lincoln Speedway’s pair on June 29 and July 1.
Loss, ace of his own Next Level Signs & Graphics, Your Hometown Agents – Colby Jacobs & Neil Reichart Team, Diversified Cuts, Wolf’s Plumbing LLC, Capitol Renegade, No. 67 sprint car, will roll into Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek fresh off of a Lincoln Speedway start on Saturday, June 22, concluding his evening in the Pigeon Hills 14th in the running order. Although far from Loss’ top result at the “Fabulous” facility, the 17-year-old is confident in his ability to run with the state’s top performers.
“We’re excited for Speedweek. It’s the week everyone looks forward to, whether you’re a fan or a driver, and to have the opportunity to compete in half of it is pretty special,” Loss explained. “Of course, we still have to take things day to day, but as long as nothing out of the ordinary happens, our plan is to be at Lincoln for both nights, as well as BAPS Motor Speedway, Grandview Speedway, and Hagerstown Speedway.”
