Austintown, OH – 8/30/12 – 305/Outlaw Sprint Warrior competitor and Team Fully Injected member, Justin Whitesell, is ready for three nights of action this Labor Day weekend at three different Western Pennsylvania ovals. ‘The Man From Austintown’ will have an opportunity to earn victories at Lernerville Speedway, Mercer Raceway Park, and Sportsmans Speedway this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; all of which are tracks that he has made appearances at during some part of the 2012 season. Whitesell, who pilots the familiar Auto Body, 5.3 liter GM powered no. 17 sprint car, shows great enthusiasm about the upcoming weekend, and hopes to make victory lane appearances at all three dirt ovals!

“It’s going to be a great weekend!” explained Justin Whitesell, “We are anxious to get back to Lernerville…we want to kick-off the weekend in a positive manner so hopefully we can get a win down there tomorrow with the 305’s…such a great facility and always a packed house…really excited to get back there!”

On Friday night, August 31st, Justin Whitesell will be in action at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania for the 305 portion of the Friday night program. The All-Star Circuit of Champions ‘410’ sprinters are in town for their usual fall appearance, and Lernerville Speedway has invited all Outlaw Sprint Warrior and 305 sprint car teams to be a part of the evening’s program. The 305/Outlaw Sprint Warrior teams will have a complete, separate show on Friday night; which will also allow the division drivers to catch a glimpse of the Sarver oval before the annual DIRTcar Roundup at the end of the season.

On Saturday night, September 1st, Justin Whitesell will return to familiar stomping grounds for an opportunity to compete against the Patriot Sprint Tour. The Patriot Sprint Tour, which is a ‘360’ sprint car touring series that spends a great deal of their schedule in New York and Canada, will be making a stop at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania on Saturday evening, September 1st; displaying loads of regional talent and great, wheel-to-wheel action. Whitesell, who owns two wins at the Mercer oval during 305/Outlaw Sprint Warrior competition, will compete against the invading ‘360’ travelers; hoping to make another ‘MRP’ victory lane appearance, and snag the $2,000 top prize!

“Saturday night is going to be interesting!” said Whitesell about competing with the 360 sprint cars, “We are still going to be under powered against the 360 guys but we know the track better than any of them…hopefully our knowledge and experience can make up for the lack of horsepower!”

Whitesell’s Labor Day weekend tour of Western Pennsylvania will come to end at Sportsmans Speedway in Knox, Pennsylvania on Sunday evening, September 2nd. The Austintown, Ohio native has one win at the facility already in 2012 during 305/Outlaw Sprint Warrior competition, and looks to close out the Sportsmans season with another victory lane appearance this Sunday.
