VINCENTOWN, N.J. (October 7, 2019) – It was a weekend to remember for Vincentown, New Jersey’s Justin Whittall, and despite missing the opportunity to battle with the best on dirt during A-Main competition, highlighting his National Open weekend with a seventh place finish during Friday’s C-Main, the recent high school graduate enjoyed his weekend at the world-famous Williams Grove Speedway and already looks forward to his return.
“That was a lot of fun. We didn’t have the results we were searching for, but it was a great experience. To be surrounded by that kind of talent, it’s tough not be awestruck a little bit,” Justin Whittall said, driver of the JW Motorsports/Atlantic Utility Trailer/Brotherton Brewing Company/Pioneer Auto Body/Worldwide Bearings/No. 67 sprint car. “We’ll get a chance to race against those guys again in a few weeks. I’m really looking forward to it.”
Justin Whittall will not return to competition until Saturday, October 19, when the recent URC 360 sprint car graduate turned 410 full-timer returns to the ‘Speed Palace’ at Port Royal Speedway. The $4,000-to-win Open Wheel Madness will takeover headlines in Juniata County, a perfect test session for the two-day World of Outlaws invasion scheduled for Friday and Saturday, October 25 & 26.
Whittall is certainly no stranger to action at Port Royal Speedway, highlighting all results in 2019 with a runner-up finish on Saturday, June 15.
